About

Driving systemic change for equitable and inclusive early years outcomes.

I bring more than two decades of experience working across the intersection of early childhood, allied health, inclusion, and education—creating change from the ground up and the top down. My work spans hands-on service delivery in rural and remote communities to shaping national strategies and local systems that support children and families to thrive.

As an occupational therapist, researcher, and policy consultant, I’ve led major initiatives across early childhood development, workforce design, and inclusive education reform. I’ve worked with governments, non-profits, and communities to solve complex problems—integrating evidence, lived experience, and collaboration into solutions that stick.

As Executive Convenor of the Northern Territory Early Childhood Alliance, I’ve championed collective advocacy to influence system reform through initiatives like the NT 5‑Point Plan for Children. My consultancy projects range from developing the City of Karratha Early Years Strategy and inclusion frameworks for schools, to building sector capability through training, evidence based resources, and facilitation at major forums.

I also bring the perspective of a parent. Being a mum adds another dimension to my work—it keeps me grounded in the real-world experiences of families navigating the systems I help to shape. It reminds me that practical, inclusive, and connected communities don’t just happen—they’re intentionally built.

Grounded in practical experience and guided by research, I bring a strong understanding of policy, governance, and strategy—supported by qualifications in allied health and leadership through the Australian Institute of Company Directors. My approach is evidence‑based, relational, and impact‑driven, informed by a deep connection to community and an unwavering focus on equity.

When I’m not working alongside organisations and governments to shape systems that work better for every child, I contribute to research on inclusive transitions to school through my PhD studies.

From front‑line practice to system reform, I help leaders connect evidence with impact.
